According to Korea Herald on October 31 KST, ADOR has submitted a list of demos for NewJeans's next album to the court.
Insiders revealed that a list of completed demos for NewJeans's first full album was submitted to the court as evidence by ADOR in July, as a way of proving that ADOR was doing its part as the group's contractual management company. On October 30, when the initial court ruling sided in favor of ADOR, the label's representative commented, "ADOR has finished preparations for NewJeans's first full album. We are now just waiting on the members."
Many entertainment industry insiders are paying attention to the possible producer lineup of this demo tracklist.
In the past, NewJeans primarily worked with the music producing label BANA, presided by Kim Ki Hyun. It was then discovered that Min Hee Jin had shared with Kim Ki Hyun a conversation she had with a shaman, suggesting their close partnership.
Earlier this week, on October 30 KST, the court ruled that there was insufficient evidence to conclude that ADOR was unable to do its part in the management of NewJeans and declared the exclusive contract between NewJeans and ADOR valid.
