The 10th London East Asia Film Festival took place on October 23. The festival, which began in 2015, aims to promote Korean and Asian films across Europe.

Ha Jung Woo was honored for his film 'The People Upstairs.' The festival praised the work, saying, “This is a piece that perfectly reflects Ha Jung Woo’s sense and sensibility.”
The LEAFF Honorary Award is given to individuals who have significantly contributed to raising the profile of Asian cinema. Previous recipients include director Jung Ji Young and actors Simon Yam, Louis Koo, and Lee Jung Jae.

On October 24, local time, Ha Jung Woo will walk the red carpet and present 'The People Upstair' to British audiences for the first time. A premium screening is scheduled, followed by a Q&A session with approximately 800 viewers.
'The People Upstairs' tells the story of two couples brought together by noise complaints between their apartments. The film follows the upstairs couple (Ha Jung Woo and Lee Ha Nee) and the downstairs couple (Gong Hyo Jin and Kim Dong Wook) as an unexpected dinner brings them together.
Meanwhile, Ha Jung Woo is preparing for the domestic release of 'The People Upstair,' set for early December. He is also filming tvN’s new drama 'How to Become a Property Owner in South Korea.'
