G-Dragon will perform a special stage at the APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) Summit welcome dinner, representing K-pop artists. He is currently serving as an official ambassador for the APEC Summit held in Gyeongju.
According to his agency Galaxy Corporation, G-Dragon will perform at the official welcome banquet held on October 31 at the Lahan Hotel Grand Ballroom in Gyeongju. He will be the only K-pop artist to take the stage at the prestigious event.
Appointed as APEC’s promotional ambassador in July, G-Dragon has actively participated in promoting the summit. The APEC promotional video featuring him has garnered over 17 million views, earning praise for “setting a new standard in international event marketing.”
Known for bridging pop culture and technology while delivering forward-looking messages, G-Dragon is currently on his third solo world tour ‘WeversemanC.’
The tour spans Asia, North America, and Europe, solidifying his global influence, and will conclude this December in Seoul, South Korea.
