Dawn is asked 'Can you imagine what it would feel like to watch your ex getting close with someone else?' on 'EXchange 4'

On October 22 KST, musician Dawn appeared as a guest panelist on episodes 6~7 of the TVING original dating reality program, 'EXchange 4'.
On this day, Dawn revealed that he is appearing on a TV broadcast for the first time since his discharge from mandatory military service in July of this year.
MC Lee Yong Jin remarked, "I heard that the producers have been contacting you to be on this show since last season," to which Dawn responded, "At that time, I wasn't in a situation where I could come on a show like this."
The MC further asked, "This is a program where you either choose to get back together with your ex or meet someone new. Which do you prefer?". Dawn answered, "I have never contacted an ex. I don't respond even if they contact me. I don't think I can ever get back together with someone."
While immersed in the stories of the show's participants, Lee Yong Jin observed, "It must be really hard [for participant Hyun Ji] to watch their ex getting close with another person." Panelist Yura commented, "I honestly can't imagine what it would feel like."
When Lee Yong Jin directed the question at Dawn, saying, "Dawn, can you imagine what it would feel like?", Dawn muttered, with laughter, "I think I can, actually? Yup... I think I can relate."
Realization hit Lee Yong Jin then, as he stated, "Right... I'm sorry I asked."
Meanwhile, Dawn publicly dated singer HyunA between 2016 and 2022. Following their breakup in 2022, HyunA began a public relationship with fellow singer Yong Junhyung in January of 2024, and the couple married in October of the same year.
