Actress Clara shared a heartfelt message following the news of her divorce.
On October 28, Clara took to Instagram to post, “I hope the remaining days of this year are filled with blessings, fulfillment, and good things.” Her reflective message came just days after her sudden divorce announcement.
Earlier, on October 17, Clara revealed that she had divorced her husband, a Korean-American businessman two years her senior, whom she married in 2019. The announcement came six years after their marriage.
Her agency confirmed the news, stating, “Clara finalized her divorce through mutual agreement in August. After careful and lengthy discussions with her spouse, the decision was made amicably. Although the divorce was concluded in August, we delayed sharing the news to respect both families and ensure mutual understanding.”
Standing on her own once again, Clara expressed, “I sincerely apologize to those who have supported me for having to deliver such unfortunate news.”
Clara, the daughter of Lee Seung Gyu, a member of the veteran Korean band Koreana, made her entertainment debut in 2006 with the drama 'Invisible Man Choi Jang Soo.' She has since appeared in numerous dramas and films, including 'Goddess of Marriage,' 'Emergency Couple,' and 'Five Senses of Eros.' She also made headlines for her iconic ceremonial pitch outfit, which set new trends in sports fashion.
Currently, Clara is actively pursuing her career in China.
