Lee Min Jung says she doesn’t make kimchi: “My mother-in-law’s kimchi is unbeatable”

Actress Lee Min Jung revealed that she receives kimchi made by her mother-in-law rather than making it herself.

On October 28, a new video titled “Lee Min Jung’s first life Q&A — answering everything!” was uploaded to her YouTube channel Lee Min Jung MJ. During a live broadcast, the actress chatted with fans and answered various questions, including whether she makes her own kimchi or buys it pre-made.

Lee Min Jung replied, “My mother-in-law makes kimchi for us. She’s so good at it that there’s no way I could beat her. So when she gives it to us, I just say thank you.” She added with a smile, “My own mom gives us kimchi too — hers is more Seoul-style, while my mother-in-law’s is more country-style. So our house always has plenty of kimchi.”

Lee Min Jung married actor Lee Byung Hun in 2013, and the couple has one son and one daughter.
