BLACKPINK member JISOO has officially landed on the Billboard Hot 100 chart with her latest single, “EYES CLOSED.”
According to the Billboard chart update on October 21, “EYES CLOSED” debuted at No. 72 on the Hot 100, marking another major milestone in her solo career.
The track also ranked No. 20 on the Billboard Global 200 and No. 10 on the Global Excl. US chart, further solidifying JISOO’s global popularity and commercial power.
Released on October 10, “EYES CLOSED” is a collaboration with ZAYN, the British pop star and former member of One Direction, who features on the track. Upon release, the song immediately topped charts around the world, including:
- #1 on YouTube Music’s Worldwide Trending (across 74 countries)
- #21 on Spotify’s Global Top Songs
- Charting on 32 countries’ Daily Top Songs
- #1 on iTunes Top Songs Chart in 40 countries
- #1 on China’s QQ Music and KuGou Daily Selling Singles Chart
In particular, JISOO set a new record on Spotify, becoming the fastest Korean female solo artist to reach 1 billion total streams across all her solo releases.
