Koyote member Shinji is embracing her upcoming marriage with excitement, brushing aside recent controversies surrounding her fiancé Moon Won.
On September 3, Shinji shared a playful photo on social media, showing herself lying on a bed at a furniture store. “Shinji furniture shopping. How about 6 p.m. today?!” she captioned the post, inviting fans to tune into her YouTube channel.

The singer is currently preparing to move into a countryside home, where she and Moon Won will begin their newlywed life. Her relaxed expression in the photo sparked curiosity among fans about which furniture pieces she ultimately chose.

Just days earlier, Shinji gave viewers a glimpse into her rural lifestyle through a video titled 'Shinji’s Country House Life: Accidentally Killed the Lawn While Pulling Weeds.' The clip showed her actively managing the property, pulling weeds and painting the deck in anticipation of the move.
In a candid moment, Shinji revealed that fellow Koyote member Kim Jong Min initially opposed her decision to relocate. “He said, ‘Why not live somewhere lively for now and move to the countryside later?’ But I had already made up my mind,” she explained. “When I told him I really wanted to go now, he said, ‘You’re right. It’s your choice. It’ll be peaceful and nice there.’”
The new home is expected to be completed by the second week of September. “It’s really happening. I’m moving,” Shinji said with a mix of disbelief and excitement. “Come visit often. There’s so much to do here.”
Shinji is set to marry singer Moon Won next year. The couple’s relationship has faced public scrutiny following revelations that Moon is divorced and has a daughter. Some viewers also criticized his demeanor in recent videos, prompting speculation and backlash online.
In response, Shinji issued a statement clarifying the situation. “Together with my agency, we reviewed all concerns and confirmed that none of the rumors are true,” she said. “I understand the worries and questions people have shared. I’ll continue to reflect and be mindful moving forward.”
Despite the challenges, Shinji remains focused on building a new chapter in her life, one bed and one brushstroke at a time.
