K-pop rock band DAY6 celebrated their 10th anniversary on September 7, marking a decade since their debut. The band commemorated the major milestone with a new full-length album, an anniversary tour, and a wide array of special content for their dedicated fanbase, 'My Day'.
Since debuting on September 7, 2015, DAY6 has built an extensive discography, celebrated for its exploration of diverse stories and heartfelt lyrics.
On September 5, the band released their new album, 'The DECADE', a culmination of their 10-year journey. The album features double title tracks, "Dream Bus" and "INSIDE OUT". In a powerful display of their enduring popularity, all ten tracks from the album—including "Don't Let the Sun Rise," "Disco Day," and "My Way"—successfully entered the Melon Top 100 chart by the afternoon of September 6, reaffirming the band's reputation as "Trust and Listen DAY6."
The official 10th-anniversary project was announced in August with a video titled 'DAY6 10th Anniversary Announcement : The DECADE of us'. The celebration kicked off with the 'DAY6 10th Anniversary Tour

To further connect with fans, a pop-up store titled 'DAY6.zip' was opened from September 1-7, allowing visitors to look back on the band's history. The band also released 'DAY6 10th Anniversary Medley Live (2015 The Day ~ 2025 The DECADE)', featuring hits from their debut song "Congratulations" to classics like "Letting Go," "I Smile," "Shoot Me," and "Days Gone By."
On their anniversary day, September 7, the group held a special live stream on their official YouTube channel. A packed schedule of content remains, including a documentary titled 'DAY6 10th Anniversary Documentary <DAY6: Time of Our Decade>', live clips for album tracks, and a new music video, set to be released throughout September.
For DAY6, 'The DECADE' serves not as a destination but as a new starting point, as they ride the "Dream Bus" toward a hopeful future.
