CORTIS has risen to the top of South Korean music charts.
On September 21, the group claimed No. 1 on Apple Music Korea’s Top 100: Today’s Hits with their debut album’s intro track 'GO!,' just 13 days after release.
The group achieved multi-hit success, as "FaSHioN" ranked No. 5, "What You Want" landed at No. 7, and "JoyRide" took No. 28.
Their success isn’t limited to Apple Music. On Melon’s daily chart, 'GO!' entered at No. 95 on the 21st and later climbed to No. 78 on the Top 100.
The group has also been well-received internationally. Between September 15–21, the track surpassed 1 million daily streams on the world’s largest music streaming platform, Spotify.
Industry watchers noted that the group’s reappearance on music shows contributed positively to the song’s chart climb. 'Inkigayo' invited CORTIS back to perform amid the viral "GO!" challenge trend.
Their agency stated, “We are grateful for the global fans’ interest. To return the support, CORTIS will be performing 'GO!' on select music shows.”
CORTIS is the first rookie group unveiled by BigHit Music in six years, with their debut album recording 430,000 first-week sales.
