Instead of playing moody cello music, Enid seizes the opportunity to live her dream, blasting BLACKPINK's “BOOMBAYAH” and dancing wildly from the dorm room to the school courtyard.
The energetic scene lasts nearly two full minutes, making it more than just a background track. Also, according to theories from fans of the series, it could be a reference to the change from "BLACK" style in "Wednesday" to a more "PINK" style due to Enid.
Although BLACKPINK didn't appear on screen, the sheer power of their music had netizens flocking to social media, demonstrating the enormous global influence they have, so much so that even their debut songs are already being used to provide a charming and vibrant audiovisual environment within the entertainment industry.
