K-netizens react to Bang Si Hyuk being listed as one of the producers for KATSEYE's "Gnarly" after controversy

Controversy is continuing to grow surrounding KATSEYE's track "Gnarly."

The track recently garnered attention after one of the song's producers confirmed that the moaning sound at the beginning was from an adult video. On July 31, it was revealed in a social media video that producer Pink Slip had sampled the sound from a pornographic clip.

Following the latest revelation, Korean netizens and fans expressed outrage as KAYSEYE included a minor. Netizens criticized HYBE for allowing such action and questioned whether Bang Si Hyuk was informed of this before the song's release.

Then on August 1, the attention was focused on chairman Bang Si Hyuk, the producer for the girl group, after an industry insider claimed that producer Bang must have known about the porn sound sampling in "Gnarly." It was revealed that the producer lineup for the track includes Alice Longyu Gao, Slow Rabbit, and 'Hitman' Bang a.k.a Bang Si Hyuk.

Korean netizens are further expressing anger and even disgust. They commented:
