IVE's Jang Won Young is set to enlist in the military, appearing as a guest on the variety show 'Jeongwaja' in a special episode.
On August 25, the YouTube channel ootb STUDIO released a teaser titled, "[Breaking News] IVE Jang Wonyoung Enlists in the Military." The clip previews the third installment of Jeongwaja's 'Vacation Special,' which will premiere on August 28 at 5 PM KST.
In the teaser, EXO's Kai asks the production team, "What's today's theme?" to which a staff member replies, "Joint enlistment." After hearing the response, Kai is visibly left speechless as he has to enlist in the military again. In disbelief, he asks again, "Did she really request a joint enlistment?"
Moments later, Jang Won Young makes a surprise entrance in military uniform, cheerfully asking Kai, "Isn't it okay to enlist together with me?" However, the idol soon struggles with military drills and PT exercises, eventually joking, "I'm sorry for dragging you into this," making the staff laugh.
The full "Joint Enlistment" special featuring Jang Wonyoung will be released on ootb STUDIO’s YouTube channel on August 28 at 5 PM KST.
