South Korean comedian Lee Soo Ji has taken the internet by storm after her clever parody of the “Affair Cam” video that went viral all over the internet from a recent Coldplay concert, this time during Son Heung Min’s farewell match in Seoul.
During the 2025 Coupang Play Series match between Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United, held on August 3 KST at Seoul World Cup Stadium, Lee appeared on the stadium’s kiss cam with fellow comedian Kim Kyoo Won. In a perfectly timed gag, the two embraced like a couple, only for Lee to suddenly react in mock horror, covering her face and dramatically pulling away, as if caught in an affair. The moment drew explosive laughter from the crowd of over 65,000 fans.

The skit parodied the now-famous incident at a Coldplay concert in Boston, where a couple caught on kiss cam sparked cheating rumors after their awkward reaction went viral online. Lee’s performance was immediately recognized by fans and commentators alike, with Coupang Play’s announcers exclaiming, “It’s the Coldplay parody!”
Uploaded to Coupang Play’s YouTube and Instagram, the video surpassed 1 million views in just 3 hours, further cementing its viral status.
Fans online reacted with glee:
“She really did that here? Genius.”
“This is painfully good.”
“Coldplay vs Coupang Play, it’s a meme war!”
Earlier in the day, Lee also made an appearance on the official pre-match show and humorously handed Son Heung Min a signed photo of herself. The match marked Son’s final appearance for Tottenham, as he officially announced his transfer and upcoming new challenge. It is rumored that Son will be transferred to the MLS Club LAFC.
