KBS2’s upcoming weekend drama 'Our Golden Days' (written by So Hyun Kyung, directed by Kim Hyung Seok) has released its official family poster on July 15, offering a first look into the story's vibrant dynamics.
The poster features lead actor Jung Il Woo as Ji Hyuk, along with his family members, capturing a playful yet symbolic arm-wrestling match between Ji Hyuk and his father Sang Chul, portrayed by veteran actor Cheon Ho Jin. The image hints at the tension between father and son, who clash over marriage-related issues in the drama.
Surrounding the central duel, characters Seong Jae (Yoon Hyun Min), Da Jung (Kim Hee Jung), Soo Bin (Shin Soo Hyun), and Ji Wan (Son Sang Yeon) cheer enthusiastically, divided into blue and white teams. Meanwhile, Eun Oh (Jung In Sun) takes the role of the referee, observing the family showdown.
The poster's copy also draws attention. The phrase “Generation Conflict” has been cleverly rephrased as “Generation Empathy,” suggesting that the drama will explore how familial clashes ultimately evolve into understanding and mutual respect.
'Our Golden Days' is a family melodrama that delves into the intergenerational conflicts within families and the journey toward reconciliation. It carries the heartfelt message that “everyone has their own golden days.”
'Our Golden Days' is set to premiere on August 9 at 8 PM KST, following the conclusion of 'For Eagle Brothers!'
