Cha Eun Woo, member of boy group ASTRO and actor, has officially entered military training.
On July 28, fellow member Sanha shared several photos and videos on Instagram along with the caption, “The outfit you wear when sending someone off to the military. Come back safely, hyung.”
The posts show Cha Eun Woo with a freshly shaved head, standing among fellow trainees at the training center. In one touching moment, Sanha is seen gently patting Cha Eun Woo’s short hair, while the newly enlisted singer-actor draws attention with his even younger-looking appearance.
Born in 1997, Cha Eun Woo is 28 years old this year. He applied for the military band unit in March, passed the interview, and received his final acceptance. After completing approximately five weeks of basic training, he will serve as an active-duty soldier in the Army military band and is scheduled to be discharged on January 27, 2027.
