BLACKPINK’s “JUMP” is the First song by a Girl Group to reach #1 on US iTunes since their own hit “PINK VENOM”

BLACKPINK's long-awaited return to the music scene after a three-year hiatus has been a huge success, not only re-consolidating their reputation as one of the biggest names in music history but also propelling the K-pop scene to the top with their recent achievement, thanks to the viral hit "JUMP."

BLACKPINK's latest digital single "JUMP" hopped onto the No. 1 spot on the iTunes US chart within hours of its official release. This achievement is beyond admirable considering that no other girl group since BLACKPINK's three-year hiatus has achieved such a feat. It was the K-pop superstars themselves who last achieved this feat in 2022 with their song "Pink Venom," which appeared on their critically acclaimed album "BORN PINK."

BLACKPINK extends their own record for the most number 1 songs on US iTunes among all K-pop Girl Groups thanks to their hits "Kill This Love" (2019), "How You Like That" (2020), "Pink Venom" (2022), and now "JUMP" (2025).
