Yang Hyun Suk praises EVELLI as "one of the most promising trainees"

Anticipation is growing for YG Entertainment's next new girl group.

Since last month, the music label has released teaser content for the group's first member, EVELLI. Ever since the reveal, the potential member has been at the center of various online discussions and garnering much attention from the public.

In particular, it was revealed that Yang Hyun Suk has been highly praising EVELLI, commenting that she has the most star potential among all the trainees he's seen. He praised, "Evelli is one of the most promising trainees, who has the most star potential I've seen. She really impressive."

Meanwhile, EVELLI's rap evaluation video surpassed 10 million views on YouTube within just one week and has now exceeded 17 million, demonstrating her rising popularity. With the recent release of her dance video as well, global fans’ interest and curiosity surrounding YG’s upcoming four-member girl group is expected to grow even further. 

YG hinted, “The second member of the four-member girl group will be revealed soon, following EVELLI.”
