The cast of the 2011 film 'Sunny' to reunite through a travel reality show

According to media outlet reports on June 13 KST, the main cast of the 2011 hit film 'Sunny' will reunite through a travel reality program.

Sources say that the film's cast members including Shim Eun Kyung, Kang So Ra, Kim Min Young, and Kim Bo Mi recently visited a vacation spot overseas in April, documenting their meaningful friendship trip. Although the other cast members including Park Jin Joo, Nam Bo Ra, and Min Hyo Rin were not able to join the four on the trip, it's believed that the three actresses will still make a special appearance on the program in light of the cast's lasting friendship. 

'Sunny', directed by Kang Hyeong Chul, told the story of 7 school girls and the laughter and the tears they shared together during their youth. The girls also reunited 25-years later as grown women to look back on their past. 

The reality program is currently being produced by MBC under the title 'I'm Sunny, Thank You' and will air some time later this year.
