All eyes are on actor Ryu Jun Yeol as speculation grows over his next agency move.
On June 4, a representative from United Artists Agency (UAA) stated, “It’s true we’ve had meetings with Ryu Junyeol, but nothing has been finalized yet.”
Ryu had been with C-JeS Entertainment for over 10 years. However, the agency announced in April that it would be scaling back its actor management division, prompting speculation about Ryu’s departure.
Ryu Junyeol made his acting debut in the 2015 film 'Socialphobia', and rose to fame with the hit drama 'Reply 1988'. He went on to star in 'Lucky Romance', 'Lost', and several acclaimed films including 'A Taxi Driver', 'Little Forest', 'Believer', 'Alienoid', and 'The Book of Revelation'. His next project is the upcoming Netflix series 'The Deer King' .
If Ryu joins UAA, he would be working alongside top actors such as Song Hye Kyo, Ahn Eunjin, Jang Ki Yong, and Kim Dami.
