According to media outlet reports on June 5 KST, BTS member Jin has purchased another unit at the luxurious Hannam The Hill Apartments for 17.5 billion KRW (~ $13 million USD), paying the full amount up front in cash.
This is Jin's third Hannam The Hill unit purchase, after purchasing a 233-square meter unit at approximately 4.5 billion KRW (~ $3.3 million USD) in July of 2019, and another 206-square meter unit at 4.3 billion KRW (~ $3.1 million USD) in November of the same year.
Based on the property's value increase since then, Jin has earned a profit of over 10 billion KRW (~ $7.36 million USD) from his 2 purchases in 2019.
Located in Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Hannam-dong, the Hannam The Hill Apartments are considered one of the most luxurious residences in Seoul, home to celebrities like Rain and Kim Tae Hee, So Ji Sub, Han Hyo Joo, and more.
