Singer Brian is set to complete the construction of his luxurious mansion in Pyeongtaek, spanning over 10,600 square feet (approximately 300 pyeong).
The project, which took over a year to finish, was revealed during the April 30th broadcast of MBC’s variety show 'Radio Star' (Episode 912), featuring a special segment titled Wise Colleague Life, with guests Lee Yeon Bok, Jang Shin Young, Brian, and Hwanhee.
During the episode, Brian shared that the mansion, located just 10 minutes from his current residence, is finally nearing completion. “It took a year to finish due to various reasons,” he explained. “Even though it’s so close, I’ve only been able to visit—it’s frustrating that I haven’t been able to move in yet.”
A 3D rendering of the mansion was unveiled on the show, prompting astonishment from the hosts. Brian explained, “It’s a three-story home with a basement and two floors above ground. It looks almost identical to the 3D model.” MC Yoo Se Yoon was visibly impressed, saying, “It looks like Beverly Hills!”
Among the standout features, Brian highlighted a private movie theater and a swimming pool. “I installed a top-tier surround sound system in the theater,” he said. “During the COVID-19 pandemic, I couldn’t go to the cinema even though I really wanted to, so I built this space just in case that ever happens again.”
Pointing to a section of the house that juts out near the pool, Brian shared that it will serve as a home gym. Hearing this, Kim Gu Ra jokingly remarked, “You could film 'Single’s Inferno' here!” to which Brian quipped back, “Why would you film 'Single’s Inferno' in my house?” causing everyone to burst into laughter.
Brian had previously garnered attention for revealing that he was constructing a three-story mansion on a 10,600-square-foot plot of land in Pyeongtaek, complete with a 710-square-foot swimming pool.
