G-Dragon wrapped up two electrifying nights at the Kyocera Dome in Osaka, Japan, on May 25 and 26 as part of his 2025 world tour, 'Übermensch.'
Following a sold-out run at Tokyo Dome, the Osaka shows included even restricted-view seats and drew a total of 80,000 fans, marking another sold-out success.

The 'Übermensch' tour was inspired by Friedrich Nietzsche’s philosophical concept of the same name. The concert unfolded in three narrative stages, blending cutting-edge technology with raw performance energy. Audiences were treated to an immersive experience featuring AI-powered visuals, butterfly-shaped lasers, and a live band soundscape.
G-Dragon made a dramatic entrance on a dragon-themed motorcycle and opened the show with “TODAY” featuring Kim Jong Wan of Nell. A standout moment came during his performance of “TOO BAD” when the artist delivered an explosive dance break that sent the crowd into a frenzy.

His outfit for the evening was a bold leather jacket adorned with daisy motifs and his own portrait, designed by Japanese fashion legend Yohji Yamamoto. The look perfectly captured G-Dragon’s avant-garde image.
Adding a unique touch to the spectacle, world-renowned Japanese contemporary artist Takashi Murakami sent a one-of-a-kind daisy-shaped floral wreath to the venue entrance. The piece, reportedly worth tens of thousands of dollars, featured Murakami’s iconic daisy flower design with a single petal missing. This symbolic tribute to G-Dragon, who often uses the daisy as his emblem, quickly became a must-see photo spot for concertgoers.

According to sources, Murakami, curious about G-Dragon’s wardrobe, reached out via social media to ask about the brand behind the jacket. G-Dragon replied with the brand’s name and added jokingly, “Murakami Takashi should definitely know this brand,” highlighting their mutual respect and growing friendship.

One fan who attended the concert shared on their blog, “As soon as I walked in, Murakami’s daisy flower greeted me. It had one petal missing, as if made especially for G-Dragon. It was a moment that truly showcased his unmatched class. I heard he has a big Chinese fan base, and honestly, I haven’t seen this many Chinese fans at a concert since Taylor Swift.”
Following his performances in Tokyo, Bulacan, and Osaka, G-Dragon will continue the 'Übermensch' tour across Asia and Australia. The next stops include Macau, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Hong Kong, and Bangkok, beginning June 7. He will also perform in Sydney and Melbourne.
