The full statement from YG Entertainment:
"Hello, this is YG Entertainment.
We would like to inform you that BABYMONSTER member Rami will be unable to participate in the group’s Asia tour, starting with the Singapore concert on May 17 and continuing through the end of June, due to health-related reasons.
Since her debut, Rami has actively participated in group activities while receiving continuous treatment and care for ongoing health concerns, as she was determined to show her appreciation for fans' love and support. However, her condition has not shown significant improvement. Recently, medical professionals have advised her to suspend all activities and take a complete rest for the time being.
The health and well-being of our artists are always our top priority. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding Rami’s absence from the remaining Asia tour dates.
BABYMONSTER is currently in the midst of their first world tour, just a year after debuting. Despite this unexpected situation, the members are working harder than ever to successfully complete their fan meetings across Asia. They have reorganized the stages into a six-member version and are preparing new cover performances with even greater focus and determination.
We ask for your warm support for the six members doing their best to fill Rami’s absence, and we also hope you’ll send encouraging messages for Rami’s speedy recovery."
Fans of the group are encouraged to send their well wishes for Rami’s health and continue supporting the group as they navigate this challenging time.
