Rosé, also known as BLACKPINK’s lead singer, took to social media to share photos of her solo album release party in New York. This party was held in celebration of her 12-track album ‘rosie’ under Atlantic Records, with all 12 tracks co-written and co-composed by the singer herself.
Not only does Rosé look stunning, but she also looks to be having the time of her life as she beams in the snaps.
Notably, apart from her close friends and production team, up-and-coming indie singer, Clairo, and her music video co-star for her title track “toxic till the end,” Evan Mock, were also revealed to have been present, delighting fans.
Despite the unfortunate timing of the sudden declaration of martial law by Korea’s President Yoon Suk Yeol (who is currently under processing for impeachment) a few days ahead of her album release, Rosé has managed to tide the wave and achieve similarly great success in Korea.
Apart from the undying popularity of her pre-release track “APT.,” “toxic till the end” has also made it into the top five of all major streaming platforms in Korea, which is an even more amazing feat if you take into account how her songs are fully in English.
In addition, Rosé has topped the individual brand reputation rankings in Korea for December, with a whopping score of over 19 million with a positive index of 94.50%. This score is almost 12 million points ahead of aespa’s Karina, who is in second place.
