According to media outlet reports on December 4 KST, former Wanna One/CIX member Bae Jin Young has found a new home at AURA Entertainment, after parting ways with C9 Entertainment in August of this year.
Following his departure from C9 and CIX, many fans were curious to know what lay next for Bae Jin Young. Now, with his new start at AURA Entertainment, the singer is expected to kick off his solo career.
AURA Entertainment is home to JeA of Brown Eyed Girls, trot singers Lee Soo Ho, Kim Young Heum, and more. The agency specializes in producing and managing solo musicians.
Meanwhile, Bae Jin Young debuted as a member of Wanna One in August of 2017 after appearing as a contestant on the Mnet survival program 'Produce 101' season 2. He later debuted in CIX in July of 2019. Afterward, he went on to expand his career into acting beginning in 2021 with the web drama series 'User Not Found' and again in 2022 with the Thai horror film 'The Antique Shop'.
