F.T. Island's Minhwan has reportedly sold property for $2.7 million USD.
According to reports, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport's real transaction price disclosure system revealed a single-family house in the Yulhyun-dong area of Gangnam-gu was sold for 3.8 billion won ($2.7 million USD) in mid-August. Minhwan is reported to have bought the home around 10 years ago for around 1.2 billion won ($855,288.71 USD).
The house is said to be situated in a quiet residential area within Yulhyun-dong, and Minhwan reported built the house as a multi-family home with one basement floor and two above-ground floors for his family. Reports say Minhwan had been living in the home with his ex-wife Yulhee, a former member of LABOUM, after they married in 2018, and his parents lived on the second floor. Following their divorce in December of 2023, it's reported he continued to live there with his children and parents.
In other news, Minhwan is undergoing a police investigation for allegedly soliciting prostitution, and his ex-wife Yulhee has alleged he frequented hostess bars during their marriage. In response, his label FNC Entertainment stated he would be suspending all media activities.
