WEi's Jang Daehyun is delaying his military enlistment.
In late September, Jang Daehyun's label OUI Entertainment confirmed he's set to enlist on October 7 as an active duty soldier, but it seems plans have changed. On October 3, the label updated fans, stating, "We would like to inform you about Jang Daehyeon's military enlistment. Currently, Jang Daehyeon will not be enlisting in the military on the date announced, as he has received a 'pending' military enlistment decision through a pre-enlistment physical examination. We will announce his military enlistment at a later date. We ask for your understanding and patience."
Jang Daehyun himself also told fans on the messaging platform Bubble, "I had my last physical examination before enlisting as scheduled. I can't go into detail, but I received a pending decision, so it was put on hold for now. You may be very worried, but I will do my best as soon as I have time until I have to re-announce my enlistment date again. Don't worry too much."
