On October 11, the global idol dropped her highly anticipated single mantra and made an exhilarating comeback as a solo artist, taking the entertainment world by storm. Following the release, BLACKPINK members Jisoo, Rosé, and Lisa all took their social media to show support for Jennie.
Meanwhile, Jennie returned with her first official solo release in approximately a year. "Mantra" combines a powerful, repetitive beat with Jennie's alluring, low voice. The song also marks Jennie's first music release after parting ways with YG Entertainment.
