Girls' Generation's YoonA is in talks to play the lead in the upcoming drama 'The Tyrant's Chef'.
On September 24, reports revealed YoonA was offered the lead role in the new drama by 'My Love From the Star' director Jang Tae Yoo. SM Entertainment then confirmed, "YoonA has been offered a role in 'The Tyrant's Chef,' and she's currently in discussions."
'The Tyrant's Chef' follows the story of a top chef who travels back in time, where she meets a king who's the worst tyrant but also the biggest foodie. If cast, YoonA will take on the role of the chef, who's at the top peak of her career.
The drama is expected to premiere next year.
