It's been revealed that SUGA's lawyer 'A', who accompanied the BTS member during his police questioning on August 23 KST, is the same lawyer who represented former Super Junior member Kangin in 2016.
Yesterday on August 23 at approximately 7:45 PM KST, SUGA appeared at Yongsan Police Station in Seoul to be questioned. The idol is facing charges of operating an electric scooter while under the influence of alcohol on August 6. He was accompanied by 'A', a former prosecutor who left the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office in 2008 to join a major law firm.
'A', who specializes in criminal cases in the entertainment industry, represented former Super Junior member Kangin in 2016, when the idol drove into a street light near a convenience store in Sinsa-dong after drinking and driving. Kangin was sentenced to a fine of 7 million KRW and did not appeal his sentence after the first trial.
