Cube Entertainment's rookie boy group NOWADAYS will be remaking Beast's 2011 hit "On Rainy Days".
On July 11 KST, NOWADAYS unveiled an artwork teaser for their digital single "Rainy Day (2024 Remake ver)". The teaser displayed a retro mp3 player attached to a matching set of wire headphones, inducing a nostalgia among K-Pop listeners from the 2010s.
"On Rainy Days", originally released by Cube Entertainment boy group Beast (now Highlight) in 2011, is reputed as one of the 2nd generation idol group's biggest hits. The song will now be remade in NOWADAYS' unique color, topped with trendy 2024 vibes.
Look out for "Rainy Day (2024 Remake ver)" by NOWADAYS, coming soon on July 16 at 6 PM KST.
