On the March 9, SSQ Entertainment stated, "Through fan reports and internal monitoring, we have collected and verified information regarding actions that infringe upon the rights of our artists." The agency continued by announcing that they have recently taken legal measures against individuals who have written negative and harmful posts about their artists on various community and communication platforms.

In an effort to safeguard the honor and integrity of their affiliated artists, SSQ Entertainment emphasized its commitment to continuous monitoring. Moreover, the agency asserted its determination to take strong legal action against any future incidents causing harm to their artists.

The statement went on to highlight SSQ Entertainment's unwavering dedication to address such issues without compromise, stating, "We will respond firmly with a zero-tolerance policy without any agreement or leniency."
