On March 8 KST, the civil division of the Seoul High Court once again ruled that former LOONA member Chuu had no legal obligation to uphold her exclusive contract with her former agency, Blockberry Creative.
The Seoul High Court agreed with the decision handed by the Seoul District Court during the initial trial held last year, which ruled in favor of Chuu.
Previously, Chuu filed for for the nullification of her exclusive contract with Blockberry Creative in 2021. In November of 2022, Blockberry Creative removed Chuu from her group LOONA. The legal battle between the two sides concluded in August of last year, allowing Chuu to pursue activities with a new agency, ATRP.
