Red Velvet's Seulgi opened up about what it took to get recruited by SM Entertainment.
On the March 2nd episode of 'Immortal Songs', Seulgi talked about her dreams to join SM Entertainment before she became a trainee during her school days. She expressed, "I was waiting to be recruited," adding, "I thought there might be a scouter or someone who casts for the label outside of schools, so I always dressed up well and waited."
Seulgi continued, "However, I never got a card from SM Entertainment, so I went to the label myself."
In other news, Seulgi opened her own personal YouTube channel last month.
