Former rapper Choi has admitted to illegally filming his girlfriend during sex.

Last December, Choi, who's the former rapper of a 5-member idol group, was indicted for illegally filming his girlfriend 'A' during sexual intercourse a total of 18 times. Choi is said to have made 'A' wear a blindfold before he used a soundless camera app to film her, and he faced additional charges for filming another woman 'B' in her underwear as she laid in bed. 

On March 8, 28-year-old Choi attended his first trial at the Seoul Western District Court for violating the 'Sexual Violence Punishment Act' and admitted to illegally filming his ex-girlfriend 'A' more than 20 times without her knowledge. 

Choi reportedly dated 'A' for about 10 months from 2022 to May of last year. Including his ex-girlfriend 'A' and 'B,' there's said to be a total of 3 victims. One of the unnamed victims claimed Choi visited her this past January, and she filed an additional complaint of stalking against him with the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul. She's said to have urged for severe punishment of Choi.

Choi suspended his activities as the main rapper of a 5-member idol group in 2019 for health reasons. The group debuted in 2017, and in 2019, member Lee (25) was sentenced to probation on the charges of harassment of minors.

The next trial for Choi's case is scheduled for May 17 KST.
