Jo Se Ho revealed he has yet to propose to his fiancee.

On the February 1st episode of his YouTube series, Jo Se Ho responded to articles describing his fiancee as an officer worker with good looks and intelligence. He expressed, "I'm not sure how that went out. In my opinion, she's so beautiful. To me, she is both a combination of beauty and intelligence, but I've never said that."

When asked about his proposal, Jo Se Ho admitted, "I haven't proposed yet. If I do, I want it to be well done."

I'm confused. How does he have a fiancé if he hasn't proposed to the woman? And if there was no proposal, how will there be "an upcoming marriage?"

I've always been confused by the SK concept that the "proposal" is some pre-planned event where one person pops the question to the other even though the two people have already talked about and agreed to marriage. There are even married people who will say they've never been proposed to.
