On February 10 KST, the television personality posted a photo of her in her hospital room, saying, "Happy Lunar New Year! I'm okay!! I'm in the process of briefly getting fixed up so I can run better. Not plastic surgery, but vocal cord surgery. Right now, I'm getting out of the hospital, so I'm evolving into a fox." The expression humorously describes someone's recovery process, implying that they are becoming sly or clever like a fox. In this context, Park Na Rae used it to describe her recovery after surgery, indicating that she is gradually getting better and returning to her usual self.

In the photo, Park Na Rae is seen wearing hospital clothes with a swollen face. She has her hair tied into two pigtails and wears a somber expression. Many of her fans and celebrity friends left comments encouraging her. Code Kunst commented, "Don't be sick, noona." Dr. Hong Sung Woo, a popular medical YouTuber, also commented, "So you're trying to get all of the tails," encouraging her evolution into a fox.
