TEMPEST's Hwarang to undergo surgery for shoulder injury & take temporary hiatus

TEMPEST's Hwarang is set to undergo surgery for a shoulder injury.

On October 19, Yuehua Entertainment released a statement announcing Hwarang will be undergoing shoulder surgery, and he'll be taking a temporary hiatus from TEMPEST's promotions. Though Hwarang will attend TEMPEST's fan signing event on October 22 KST as scheduled, he won't be active with the group for their future activities to focus on his recovery.

Yuehua Entertainment stated, "Hwarang has been advised by a doctor that he needs surgery to recover from his shoulder injury, so he'll be focusing entirely on his recovery while undergoing surgery and all necessary treatment," apologizing to fans for causing concern.
