YG Entertainment says BLACKPINK's contracts are still under negotiation.

On September 21, YG Entertainment denied previous reports, stating,"There's no confirmation regarding the renewal of BLACKPINK's contracts, and we're in discussions."

Previously, reports alleged Rose was the only member who chose to renew with the label, and Jenny, Jisoo, and Lisa are in talks to sign with new agencies but continue as BLACKPINK. However, it looks like we'll still have to see what happens after the end of BLACKPINK's 7-year contract.

Why are they taking so long for negotiations? Contract renewal has been in talks for a while now. Are some of the girls hesitant or something? Bc if there aren't none, I'm sure yg would've happily announced it right away to assure fans and investors blackpink will stay together.
