Doesn't she have a herniated disc or something like that? At least that's what I read. Most people have one but many are asymptomatic, it just depends on whether it presses on any nerves. Fortunately, if there are any symptoms, they often go away by themselves within a couple of weeks, and there are multiple treatment options with good success rates

Its about time, theres video evidence of her being in pain for a long period of time. I hope they get to the bottom of her issues, she heals soon and returns to good health.
