The retired NFL star was spotted attending the sold-out August 11 stop of BLACKPINK's leg of 'BORN PINK' North American encore shows, located at Metlife Stadium in New Jersey. A photo of him in the audience in a white t-shirt and black baseball cap soon spread across several social media channels, especially accumulating millions of views on Twitter.

Reactions from netizens included,"I just know he let it loose during 'As If It's Your Last,'" "Was there footage of him singing along?," and "This is literally my dad when I made him take me to NSYNC."

In response, Tom Brady took to his own Twitter account to repost the photo as well, clarifying that he was attending the event for his daughter with the comment, "This is the most 'dad takes his daughter and her friends to a concert' picture ever taken 😂😂😂."
