On July 5, the label released the below statement on Twitter addressing fan concerns about Taeyeon's tour and promotions. SM Entertainment stated as follows:
"We thank all the fans who are always eagerly waiting for Taeyeon's new music and promotions. We've recently become aware of the opinions sent in by fans, and we'd like to address them. We'll work harder to consider the opinions of the fans in Taeyeon's future promotions, such as her concert. We thank fans once again for their concerns and opinions, and we promise to support Taeyeon's music and future promotions. We'll continue to do our best to aid our artists' growth and will repay the support from fans."
