Jessi recently revealed the reason she decided to sign with Jay Park's MORE VISION amidst the many labels that reached out to her.

On April 23, Jessi appeared as a special guest on KBS 2TV's 'The Season - Jay Park's Drive' as a special guest. On this day, Jay Park introduced Jessi by saying, "She's a new family member who signed a contract with MORE VISION that I established. She is the new artist of MORE VISION." He added, "She received a lot of attention and requests from other companies" and shared how Jessi chose his over all the others.

Jessi departed from P Nation, led by Psy, last July after her exclusive contract with the label expired. Thereafter, she continued to promote on her own until she signed a contract with Jay Park's MORE VISION on April 15.

On April 14, MORE VISION announced its new artist Jessi through its official social media accounts such as Instagram and shared new profile photos of the artist.

During the new episode of 'The Season - Jay Park's Drive,' Jessi personally shared the reason she decided to join MORE VISION. She shared, "To be honest, I was planning on establishing a company on my own. But it wasn't easy after trying."

She continued, "I have a personality that takes on the challenge to try everything. And I felt like Jay Park and I have that in common. A new start. New artist."

She made the audience laugh when she joked to Jay Park, "Do it right" and he responded, "I work hard."
