I like how korea shows respect whenever there is a tragic event or a passing and everyone cancels/postpone their activities. However, it's also an unfortunate chain reaction that people who have worked hard get affected from something that is not related to them or had no control of. In this case, they did they right thing. Too much hard work, preparations, and also families and friends traveling long distance for this event. Postponing on such short notice would be a tremendous loss for lot of people.

I think some shows like this have to air due to due binding contracts for certain ad slots, and huge potential losses if they don't follow through. It sucks, but its just the reality of life, I'm sure they'd prefer not to be airing this week either.
