On March 29, former NU'EST member and soloist Kim Jong Hyeon's agency Evermore Entertainment released a statement announcing the singer's starring in a web drama, "Kim Jong Hyeon has confirmed his appearance in the KBSN webdrama 'The Starting Kiss' (lit. trans.)."

According to news reports, Jong Hyeon will be starring as the main character of this webdrama. "The Starting Kiss" is said to be a romance drama surrounding three pairs of men and women who want to find love in the spring of that year. 

In the drama, Jong Hyeon plays Kim Bom, a basketball MVP who is well-known as the Apgujeong prince who has good looks but a cold personality, and dreams of becoming "Slam Dunk's" Kaeda. 

In particular, the drama will start filming in April.

Meanwhile, earlier last month, Jong Hyeon has also been confirmed for another webdrama, "Sound Candy," which has already started its filming.
