On February 15, KST, TWICE's music video for "What Is Love?" reached 700 million views on YouTube, marking the group's first-ever music video to reach the milestone. Released on April 9, 2018, the video hit the mark four years and ten months after its release.

"What Is Love?" is the title track of TWICE's 5th mini album of the same name and was composed and written by J.Y. Park. The lyrics are full of curiosity expressed by a girl who learned love only from books and films. TWICE completed the track with their lovely charms and bright energy, receiving love from fans worldwide.
