The Universe app has officially ended its service as of February 17 KST.

The app released the following statement in light of the end of its service, reading:

"We sincerely thank all users who cherished the services of Universe for the past 2 years, as well as the artists who showed many unique sides through our content until the end.

Although the time that each of you spent interacting with us through the app may vary, the love and affection and encouragements that you sent to your favorite artists, in response to the stories and content that they wanted to share with you, are too valuable to fathom; we cherish those feelings and always felt so grateful.

We will do our best to ensure that past services offered through Universe, including the precious memories made between fans and artists, will be delivered to you in a timely manner.

Please refer to the announcements in the app as well as the FAQ for all specific details regarding the end of services, and in the case that any unspecified questions arise, please use the 1:1 customer service center.

Once again, we sincerely thank all of you who for using Universe.
