Suzy and Yang Se Jong will be starring in a new Netflix drama!
The two stars have been cast in 'The Girl Downstairs' (based on the hit Naver webtoon 'Lee Doo Na!'), directed by Lee Jong Hyo. The series is a romance drama about an ordinary college student, Wonjun, who meets Doona, a retired K-pop idol, at their sharehouse. Doona was once the main vocalist of a popular idol group and was at the center of popularity when she suddenly announced her retirement and moved to a college town.
Meanwhile, Lee Jong Hyo previously directed the hit dramas 'Crash Landing On You,' 'Romance is a Bonus Book,' 'Life On Mars,' and 'Good Wife.'
