Girls' Generation's Sooyoung hilariously ordered YoonA to cry during her winning speech at the '2022 MBC Drama Awards'.

On December 30 KST, the '2022 MBC Drama Awards' was broadcast and Girls' Generation's Sooyoung received the Excellence Award for best actress in the daily and one-act drama category. Sooyoung smiled brightly and elegantly walked up onto the stage to say her winning speech. Looking at her trophy with joy, Sooyoung stated, "To be honest, I just found out that I was nominated for the award during my script reading today. So my speech might not be as dense."

Then, fellow Girls' Generation member YoonA was suddenly shown on the large screen. YoonA looked like a proud sister as she looked at Sooyoung on stage. Seeing YoonA on the big screen, Sooyoung suddenly blurted out, "YoonA, now is the time. You have to cry." Hearing this, YoonA immediately started to act like she was crying, drawing laughter. Sooyoung seemed to be satisfied with YoonA's acting as she said into the microphone. "Mmm~ Good. Okay, okay." The short but sweet interaction between the two Girls' Generation members drew a lot of laughter from viewers.
